Television presenter Jenny Powell fell asleep on her sunbed after drinking margaritas during a girls' holiday to Ibiza on Wednesday.
The 58-year-old former Wheel Of Fortune star relaxed in a black bikini as she soaked up the sun during a getaway at the OKU resort on the Balearic island.
She appeared completely relaxed with a cocktail by her side before sharing updates from her trip with fans online.
Writing on social media, Powell joked: "Ssh mum's asleep nothing to do with the margarita btw!"
Later in the day, the radio host cooled off by taking a dip in the sea. She pulled her dark hair up and filmed herself stepping into the ocean before enjoying a swim.
Before entering the water, she told her followers: "I'm in for that swim."
Despite enjoying cocktails by the pool, Powell did not skip her workout routine. She admitted to feeling hungover as she headed to the gym to demonstrate an impressive "hangover headstand".
Flashing her toned abs in a white sports bra and matching shorts, the broadcaster showcased her flexibility before performing the yoga move.
Ibiza, a Spanish island in the Mediterranean Sea, is renowned for its sun-soaked beaches, luxury boutique hotels, and wellness retreats like OKU Ibiza.
Fitness routine and Ibiza holidays
Powell is well known for keeping trim through a balanced diet and an active fitness regime that incorporates strength training and regular yoga sessions.
Her latest break follows a previous getaway to Ibiza in July, when she posed for snaps in a blue bikini during another holiday on the island.
During that trip, she later changed into a zebra-print bikini and sandals to work on her tan along the rocky coastline.
She styled her dark locks loose underneath a woven hat to shield herself from the sun while carrying her belongings in a straw tote bag.
Wardrobe blunder in Porto
The recent holiday update comes after Powell suffered an embarrassing wardrobe mishap during a previous beach day in Portugal.
While enjoying a break in the coastal city of Porto, the television presenter posed in a black halterneck bikini top and matching bottoms.
Taking a moment to relax by the ocean, she wrote on social media: "A little pause in Porto! Exactly what I needed."
However, her swim took an unexpected turn after she left her trousers resting on a nearby rock before dipping into the sea.
The incoming tide washed over the shore, and the ocean current swept her clothing out into the water.
Joking about the incident, Powell added: "At this point I hadn't realised that my trousers had been washed away into the Atlantic."
She later explained the full situation to her followers after discovering she was stranded without her trousers for the journey home.
Powell said: "I went out there to have a quick dip and I put my trousers on that rock and the tide came in and now I've got no pants to go home."
She added: "So I've now got to get an Uber in Porto with no trousers on."
Porto, situated along the northwest coast of Portugal, is famous for its historic architecture and its location right on the Atlantic Ocean, where tidal conditions can change rapidly.
Family life and engagement
Earlier this year, Powell made a rare public appearance alongside her fiancé Martin Lowe as they celebrated New Year's Eve together.
The couple attended a party at Soho House in Manchester, with the presenter wearing an elegant black sheer dress for the occasion.
The outing was a double celebration for the couple, marking both the arrival of the new year and their 12th year of engagement.
Lowe proposed to Powell on New Year's Eve in 2014, but the presenter previously revealed that the pair have no immediate plans to walk down the aisle.
She noted in past comments that she believes they will remain "permanently engaged" rather than holding a formal wedding.
Powell first rose to prominence on British television in the late 1980s and 1990s, becoming a household name while co-hosting the ITV game show Wheel Of Fortune, a popular British adaptation of the American word-puzzle format.
She has since presented numerous television broadcasts, including children's series Gimme 5 and music show Top of the Pops, while also hosting regular radio shows across the UK.
Powell has two daughters, 25-year-old Constance and 18-year-old Pollyanna, from her previous relationship with British entrepreneur Toby Baxendale.
