Kathy Griffin showed off the results of her $218,000 facelift on Sunday during an outing in Malibu, California. The 65-year-old comedienne looked taut from the procedure that made headlines last year, with flattering makeup on display.
Griffin covered her fair complexion with a straw sun hat and let her signature red hair flow as she took a power walk through her quiet neighborhood. With temperatures reaching 84 degrees Fahrenheit, she wore a pink cropped top and flowing high-waisted pants, paired with sneakers and a crossbody bag holding a bottle of water.

The stand-up star has been open about undergoing her third facelift. She enlisted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr Ben Talei for the surgery, and has said she had liposuction on her thighs with the fat then injected into her face.
Griffin On Her New Look
"I think it's so funny, some of these folks, men and women, who obviously had work done, they say, 'I went to a spa for a week,' or they come up with some excuse," Griffin told Entertainment Tonight. "I have a new face, you can tell I look different than I did before."
The My Life on the D-List star has admitted the recovery was not easy. "It's painful, and when people say it isn't, they're lying," she said in the October 2025 interview.
Griffin said she wanted very noticeable results this time. "They yanked my face. I said, 'Give me a good yank.' I said, 'Doctor, I don't want to see you in six months. Get in there and start pulling, yanking.'"
Asked whether she was satisfied with the results of the pricey procedure, Griffin admitted: "I kind of am. I know, I'm shallow."

New Face, New Tour
Griffin's latest outing comes as she prepares to embark on another leg of her New Face, New Tour, beginning September 11 in Tacoma, Washington. Her tour stops include Las Vegas, Portland, New York City and Chicago.
The Rosie O'Donnell Snub
The outing comes after Griffin called out her friend Rosie O'Donnell in an Instagram video for not inviting her as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live!. Griffin and O'Donnell have both made headlines for their outspoken opposition to President Trump.
"I'm just going to come out and say it. Are you ready? It's embarrassing to say, but I have to tell you guys, because we're friends: my feelings are really hurt that I was not invited to go on Rosie's week of the Jimmy Kimmel show," Griffin said in the video, posted to Instagram on Tuesday.
Griffin reassured fans there were no hard feelings. "I will watch every night and cheer her on," she said. "Of course. If I have one call to action, it's that you guys watch the show and support her."
O'Donnell, 64, hosted four nights of shows during Jimmy Kimmel's summer vacation but said in a comment on the video that she had no say over the guest lineup for her stint. "Kathy- shoulda called me honey - I didn't choose the guests..," the A League Of Their Own alum responded.
