Kylie Jenner showed off her enhanced bust in a black vinyl tube dress from her Khy clothing line in an Instagram Story posted Saturday, days after admitting on a podcast that she wants her breast implants to be even bigger.
The 29-year-old Kylie Cosmetics founder photographed herself from the neck down in a floor-length mirror, putting her cleavage and toned legs on display in the piece from Khy, the clothing line she launched in 2023.
Jenner shocked fans in 2025 when she publicly revealed the exact details of her 445cc boob job after years of speculation about her figure.
Wanting to go bigger
Last month, on an episode of the Better Half with Stas & Vic podcast, hosted by her friends Anastasia 'Stassie' Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel, Jenner admitted she is ready to size up. Karanikolaou credited Jenner with starting 'a whole trend' when she revealed her implant details, and Jenner, who had the surgery at 19, told her friends, 'I do want them bigger.'
'I say it every day. I'm like, "They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my t*ts to walk in before I do,"' Jenner said. Karanikolaou joked that Jenner has 'an obsession with big t*ts' and that they'd been hearing about her wanting to go up in size 'for the past year.'
Her friends asked whether she would follow through on a promise to get another boob job before turning 30. Jenner said 'probably not,' but revealed she does plan to get her belly button pierced before then. 'I think you would like it, too, because you like low-rise things, like your little waist. I think you're going to look sexy with one,' Villarroel told her. Jenner said she wants 'diamonds dripping from my belly button.'
To promote the podcast episode, Jenner also shared an Instagram photo with her friends that showed Karanikolaou grabbing her cleavage. The Daily Mail reached out to Jenner's representatives for comment but did not hear back.
The 445cc reveal
Jenner shared the precise details of her procedure with a fan last year who wanted to emulate her chest. '445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! silicone!!! garth fisher!!! hope this helps lol,' she wrote. Breast implants over 400cc are generally classified as large in cosmetic surgery.
Her surgeon, Dr. Garth Fisher, is known for performing multiple procedures on the Kardashian-Jenner family. He carried out Kris Jenner's facelift, which was shown on an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians, performed Kourtney Kardashian's breast augmentation, and removed a tumor from Khloe Kardashian's face. He also gave a pre-transition Caitlyn Jenner a revision facelift, also featured on the show.
'Garth Fisher is genius,' Jenner said of the procedure. 'Nobody really knows I'd had anything done!'
Revealing the surgery on The Kardashians
Jenner first made the revelation in the season three finale of Hulu's The Kardashians in 2023, telling Karanikolaou she had the surgery before welcoming her first child, Stormi, after years of crediting her bust to padded bras, her period or weight gain.
'I got my breasts done before Stormi,' she said. 'Within six months of having Stormi, not thinking I would have a child when I was 20, they were still healing.' She added, 'I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with.'
'I would recommend anyone who was thinking about it to wait until after you have children,' Jenner said, before reflecting on how becoming a mother changed her views on plastic surgery. 'I would be heartbroken if she wanted to get her body done at 19,' she said of her daughter. 'I mean, she's the most beautiful thing ever. I want to be like the best mom and the best example for her and I just wish I could like be her and do it all differently, because I wouldn't touch anything.'
Years of denials
Jenner's admission followed years of denying she had undergone a breast augmentation. Speculation first surfaced in 2015, when she was 18, but she denied it on her app: 'I wanted to make a change. But no, people, I haven't gotten breast implants! Everyone is obsessed with that. Truth is, as I've gotten older, I've gained 15 pounds and my body has changed. I've definitely filled out.'
In 2016, she seemed to attribute a more voluptuous look to her menstrual cycle, tweeting, 'TMI but it's that time of the month LOL.' Fans speculated again in June 2017 after she shared a photo of her chest with the word 'Finally' written over one breast, though she never said she had surgery. After Stormi was born in 2018, she acknowledged her body had changed without confirming a procedure, writing, 'My boobs are definitely three times the size, which bothers me. I have stretch marks on my boobs. My stomach isn't the same, my waist isn't the same, my butt's bigger, my thighs [are] bigger.'
Jenner shares daughter Stormi, 8, and son Aire, 4, with her ex-boyfriend Travis Scott, 35. Since their split, she has been dating Oscar nominee Timothee Chalamet for nearly three and a half years.
