Charles Leclerc's pregnant wife Alexandra Leclerc put her baby bump on display in a vintage Dior dress as she joined the Ferrari driver and their dog Leo in Madrid on Friday, ahead of practice for the Spanish Grand Prix.
The Formula One WAG, who is expecting the couple's first child, wore the newspaper-printed garment made famous by Sarah Jessica Parker's character Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City. She finished the look with peep-toe black heels and sunglasses.
Charles Leclerc, an eight-time Grand Prix winner who was born in Monaco and races for Scuderia Ferrari, was at the Spanish capital's circuit ahead of Sunday's race.
The couple were driven around Madring, a new street circuit in the Spanish capital, on a golf cart with their dachshund, Leo.
Their stop-off in Madrid broke up a longer trip around Sardinia. The pair have been taking in the sights aboard a custom Riva 102ft Corsaro Super superyacht named Sedici, thought to be worth around £15million.
Leclerc's comments on family life
Last year, Charles gave a rare interview about his aspirations outside racing. He told Le Journal de Femmes: 'I have more personal aspirations, like starting a family, which I can achieve by continuing to chase the world title.'
Asked whether he would want a future son to follow in his footsteps, he said: 'I won't be the one to decide, but if I had to choose, I'd like him to do something else.' He added: 'Watching my younger brother, Arthur, compete is already a pain. I don't dare imagine having a child.'
Their Monaco wedding in February
In February, Charles married Alexandra in a wedding in Monaco, just a week before the 2026 Formula One season began. Alexandra wore a white lace off-the-shoulder gown, while Leclerc wore a white suit.
Following the wedding, Charles shared a social media video showing off his wife's dress, the exchange of rings, and Leo's attendance. Further footage showed guests congratulating the couple and the pair driving off in a 1957 Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, worth around £9million and considered one of the most valuable vintage Ferraris given the model's racing success and significance for the Italian marque.
Charles posted on X: 'A day we'll forever remember. Part one is done and part 2 will be next year with all of our close ones.' He also shared photos on Instagram captioned 'Mr and Mrs Leclerc', which included Leo.
Engagement and relationship history
Charles had announced his engagement to Alexandra only last November, meaning there was a quick turnaround to the wedding. The couple have been dating since early 2023, when they were first spotted together at Paris Fashion Week that March.
David Beckham also at the paddock
Also spotted in the paddock ahead of Friday's practice was David Beckham, who was seen taking a selfie with sports journalist Celia Gimeno.
Beckham wore a navy blazer and trousers with white trainers, adding a pair of sunglasses to the look. He looked delighted to be at the event, flashing a big grin.
