Ingredients:

  • 1 cup minced and fried Calabrian sausage (tea)
  • 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice
  • 1/2 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 100 g grated parmesan
  • 1 egg
  • 1 yolk
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation:

  1. On a plate put the peppers, rice, garlic, parmesan, egg, egg yolk, flour and parsley.
  2. Add salt, pepper to taste and mix all the ingredients, kneading with your hands until a firm consistency is obtained.
  3. Divide the dough and form the dumplings.
  4. In a frying pan, fry the snacks in hot oil until golden brown.
  5. Remove and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 and 1/2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 1 cup of oil (tea)
  • 2 cups cooked white rice (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • 100 g of sliced ​​mozzarella

Filling

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped chilli
  • 2 cups green beans (chopped)
  • 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • 2 beaten eggs

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, heat a pan with olive oil, sauté the garlic, onion and pepper for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the pod, tomato, carrot, champignon, salt and green odor.
  3. Saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Turn off, leave to cool and mix with the beaten eggs. Reserve.
  5. Blend all the dough ingredients in a blender until smooth.
  6. Pour into a greased and floured 24 cm springform pan.
  7. Spread the filling on top and cover with the mozzarella.
  8. Place in a medium, preheated oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Remove and unmold to serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 cups cabbage (thin strips)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups cooked white rice (tea)
  • 200 g of grated mozzarella
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of grated Parmesan

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan with the butter over low heat and make a layer with half of the cabbage seasoned with salt and pepper, half of the rice, half of the sauce and half of the mozzarella.
  2. Repeat the layers with the other half of the ingredients and cover with the eggs mixed with the parsley, salt and pepper.
  3. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Turn off and serve in the pan itself.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked white rice (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g grated parmesan

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 100 g of chopped green olives
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste

Mashed potato

  • 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1/2 box of cream (100g)
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the stew, heat a pan with the oil over medium heat, sauté the onion and garlic for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the meat and saute until all the water dries up.
  3. Add the tomato, the olive, the salt, the green herb and sauté for 3 minutes. Turn off and reserve.
  4. For the puree, combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until combined, stirring.
  5. Turn off and reserve.
  6. In a bowl mix the rice, the green perfume and the egg.
  7. Spread on the bottom of a medium refractory, leveling with a spoon.
  8. Distribute over the braised meat and cover with the puree.
  9. Sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Remove and serve.

  • 2 cups leftover rice (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of corn starch
  • salt to taste
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl put the rice, eggs, flour, cornstarch and salt.
  2. Mix with a fork, kneading lightly.
  3. With the help of two soup spoons, shape the gnocchi and fry them, little by little, in very hot oil, until golden brown.
  4. Drain on absorbent paper and serve immediately.
