Legumes in avocado sauce
Preparation time: 40 minutes Income: 2 portions Difficulty level: easy
Ingredients:
- 100 grams of broad beans
- 1 Japanese cucumber cut into slices
- 2 diced Italian tomatoes
- 1 red onion cut into rings
- 1 lemon (grate the zest and extract the juice)
- 1 unit of avocado type avocado
- 50 grams of natural yogurt
- salt to taste
- Mix of torn leaves
For decoration:
- 5 grams of mint
- white sesame to taste
Method of preparation:
- In the blender, beat the avocado, Sicilian lemon juice, natural yogurt and salt to make the sauce and set aside.
- Then cook the legumes and set them aside.
- To assemble the dish, arrange all the ingredients on the serving plate, without the ingredients for decoration and add the sauce.
- Then mix well.
