Ingredients:

  • 1 and 1/2 cans of condensed milk
  • 6 tablespoons Nesquik® Strawberry Flavor Milk Blend
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • 2 boxes of halved strawberries (600g)
  • Whole strawberries to decorate

ganache

  • 250 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1/2 cup cream (milk)

Method of preparation:

  1. Place the condensed milk, Nesquik® and butter in a skillet over medium heat, stirring until thickened.
  2. Turn off, mix with the milk cream and reserve.
  3. Place the strawberries on the bottom of a medium refractory and cover with the Nesquik® cream.
  4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, cover with the ingredients of the mixed ganache, decorate with the strawberries and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup butter (cold)
  • 1/2 cup (tea) sugar
  • 2 yolks
  • 2 and 1/2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup (tea) creamy guava paste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour and essence until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  2. Wrap in cling film and then refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  3. Open with the help of a roll and cut out the hearts with the cookie cutter.
  4. Transfer to a mold and then bake in a medium preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  5. Let cool and combine 2 cookies with the creamy guava paste
  6. Serve immediately afterwards.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine (tea)
  • 2 cups wheat flour (tea)
  • 3 tablespoons of corn starch
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar
  • 4 tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon(s) ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of cloves powder
  • 3 spoons of honey
  • 1 pinch of grated nutmeg
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons of water (approximately)
  • 350 g of melted white chocolate
  • Black and white polka dot sprinkles to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl mix the margarine, flour, starch, sugar, chocolate, honey and spices to form a crumb.
  2. Add the egg and water, little by little, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  3. If necessary, add more water.
  4. Then model balls with your hands, flatten them slightly and arrange them, side by side, in a large mold lined with buttered paper.
  5. Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 15 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
  6. Let cool.
  7. Dip in the melted chocolate, drain off the excess, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Sprinkle with sprinkles.
  9. Finally, refrigerate until dry and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 50 g of chopped milk chocolate
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Nutella® Hazelnut Cream
  • 2 tablespoons of sour cream
  • Chocolate granules in the shape of balls to spread
  • Heart-shaped cookies to decorate

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 3 tablespoons Nesquik® Strawberry Flavor Milk Blend
  • 100 g of finely chopped white chocolate
  • 20 g of sour cream

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, put the condensed milk, butter and Nesquik® in a pan.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  3. Add the white chocolate, cream and stir until it lifts off the bottom of the pan.
  4. Transfer to a platter, let cool, and set aside in the refrigerator.
  5. For the chocolate brigadeiro, in a pan, put the condensed milk, the butter, bring to medium heat and stir until slightly thickened.
  6. Add the chocolate, Nutella® and cream, stirring constantly, until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.
  7. Transfer to a plate and leave to cool.
  8. Shape the brigadiers and go through the pastry ball.
  9. Put the strawberry mixture in a pastry bag and fill the brigadeiros.
  10. Decorate with heart-shaped sprinkles and serve.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of melted semi-sweet chocolate
  • 1 box of cream (200g)
  • 1 cup canned cherries, drained and chopped
  • 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits (200 g)
  • 1 cup of milk (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of rum
  • Drained cherries in syrup and flakes of white milk chocolate to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the melted chocolate with the cream and cherries.
  2. Reserve.
  3. Line a large English cake tin with cling film and make a layer with the ice cream, one with half of the biscuits dipped in the milk mixed with the rum and a layer with the reserved chocolate and cherry cream.
  4. Repeat the moistened cookie layer and place in the freezer for 4 hours.
  5. Turn out onto a serving plate and decorate with cherries and chocolate flakes. Serve.
