Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons of gin (60ml)
- 1 cardamom pod
- 1 pinch of juniper
- 210 g of milk chocolate

Method of preparation:
- For the filling, mix the gin with the spices and let it rest the night before in a closed container.
- In the microwave, melt the milk chocolate on medium power, stirring occasionally.
- Then add the gin and mix well to obtain a homogeneous ganache.
- Store at room temperature in a pastry bag
- In the meantime, prepare the cone by melting and tempering the semi-sweet chocolate.
- Add the filling, leaving 1 millimeter left to close the bonbon with the rest of the chocolate.
- Next, coat each cavity with a little chocolate and refrigerate for 25 minutes or until the chocolates come out of the mould.

: You can use other alcoholic beverages instead of gin, such as cachaça or whiskey. Oh, and the batting needs to be fluid enough to make it easy to apply with the sheath.
