Method of preparation:
- For the jelly, mix the blackberry, sugar and water in a pan and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until the jelly forms.
- Turn it off, let it cool and transfer it to a glass jar.
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, sugar, salt, butter, egg and cream until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
- Cover and refrigerate to rest for 30 minutes.
- Form rolls with the dough and cut them into slices.
- Place in a large greased skillet, side by side, and bake in a preheated medium oven for 15 minutes or until lightly browned.

Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, sift the flour, cornstarch, salt, sugar and baking powder.
- In another bowl, mix the butter, egg yolks, juice and honey with a spoon until smooth.
- Add the dry ingredients, a little at a time, mixing until smooth.
- Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Cut the dough into circles, with a pastry cutter or with the mouth of a glass, and distribute them in a large pan, leaving space between them.

- For the syrup, in a saucepan, mix the juice, honey and bring to a boil over low heat.
