- 40ml of coffee
- 150ml garapa (cane juice)
- 25 ml of cachaça
- 1/2 sorrel or fish leaf
- Free ice
Method of preparation:
- In a cocktail shaker, lightly muddle the selected leaves.
- Add the cachaça, sugar syrup and three ice cubes, then shake well
- Pour into a tall glass and fill with ice.
- In a separate container, cool the coffee with two ice cubes.
- Using the ice as a support, gently pour the coffee over the drink.
