  • 1 package of Chinese ramen (or instant noodles)
  • 8 pieces of sliced ​​cooked pork loin
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs cut in half
  • 4 rounds of fish paste (kamaboko) (optional)
  • 4 pieces of nori seaweed (optional)
  • pickled bamboo shoots (menmas) to taste (optional)
  • 2 liters of water
  • 1/2 cup pork broth (tea).
  • 4 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 3 chicken broth tablets
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 piece of grated ginger
  • Chopped chives to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Start by preparing the side dishes as you prefer (pork loin and boiled egg) and set aside
  2. Meanwhile, boil the water and then add the beef and chicken broth, soy sauce, salt and ginger.
