Lasagna Bolognese with Bechamel
ingredients
Bolognese sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons of oil
- 1 peeled and grated onion
- 1kg of minced meat
- 350 g of tomato sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
white sauce
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 300ml of milk
- 500 g of sour cream
- 1 pinch of salt
Pasta
- 1 pack of lasagna noodles
- Salt and grated Parmesan to taste
- water for cooking
Method of preparation
Pasta
Put the water in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until it boils. Gradually add some leaves of pasta for lasagna and cook until tender. Repeat the process with all the dough, carefully remove it from the pan and hang it over a colander so it doesn’t stick. Reserve.
Bolognese sauce
In a pan, put the oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the minced meat and tomato sauce and mix well. Cook for five minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve.
white sauce
Put the butter in a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the wheat flour and mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. Gradually add the milk and stir until well dissolved. Lastly add the milk cream and mix to incorporate the other ingredients. Reserve.
Assembly
In a pan, make a layer with the lasagna dough. Pour the Bolognese sauce and spread. Create a layer with white sauce and cover with the dough. Repeat the process until the entire roast is filled and finished with the batter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.

ingredients
- 1 package of ready-made lasagna pasta
- 1 pot of ricotta
- 240 g of sour cream
- 20 g of sliced mozzarella
- 350ml of milk
- 1 tablespoon of corn starch
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1/2 onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup of Parmesan tea
- 150 g of sliced ham
- salt to taste
- water for cooking
Method of preparation
Put the butter in a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and brown it. Add the cornstarch, milk and cream and stir until thickened. Season with salt, turn off the heat and set aside. Put the water in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until it boils. Gradually add a few sheets of lasagna noodles and cook until tender. Repeat the process with all the dough, carefully remove it from the pan and hang it over a colander so it doesn’t stick. Reserve.
In a baking dish, put a little sauce and spread it. Arrange the dough and make a layer of cheese and ham. Add the ricotta and spread with a spoon. Pour in some sauce again and repeat the process until the whole roast is full. Finish with the sauce and sprinkle with the Parmesan. Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes. ingredients
Filling
- 1 pack of lasagna noodles
- 1 bunch of spinach
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 peeled and chopped onion
- 2 cloves of garlic, peeled and crushed
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste
- 350 g of sliced mozzarella
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Sauce
- 1/2 liter of milk
- 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 teaspoon of nutmeg
- Salt and ground white pepper to taste
Method of preparation
Filling
Separate the spinach leaves, wash them under running water and chop them. Reserve. Put the butter in a pan and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Add the spinach leaves and mix well. Season with salt and white pepper. Turn off the heat and set aside.
