Diagnosed with bowel cancer, singer Preta Gil used her social networks to update her followers on the cure for the disease
In early January, Black Gil communicated in his social media, who was diagnosed with bowel cancer. Since then, the singer has provided a few updates on his chemotherapy sessions.
This Sunday, March 5, the artist posted a video on his Instagram and revealed that he was halfway through chemotherapy. “I came to say I’m fine, I’ve completed the fourth cycle of chemotherapy, I still have a long way to go. I’m in the middle of chemotherapy, there are still four to go. Then I’ll do another five weeks of radiotherapy”he said.
Preta Gil updates on her treatment
Always optimistic, Preta Gil reported that she is in her recovery process: according to the singer, her goal in sharing some videos that talk about the treatment is to exchange information so that all people affected by the disease are well.
“I am in my healing process. My intention is to exchange information so that we are all well”, continued the artist. In the caption he wrote: “I came to share my experiences with you, answering some questions that I am receiving the most in this period”.
