The Versace brand will award fashion scholarships to people in the LGBTQIA+ community, the Italian fashion house said after a visit by Donatella Versace to the Los Angeles LGBT Center.

After visiting the Center this Monday (6), Donatella spoke to the Marketing and Communications Director of the place, Phillip Picardi, and said “the support this community provides to people in need is priceless and I am happy to offer my contribution and help them in their work”.

The grants will be supported by the Versace Foundation and the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CfdA).

Donatella’s visit comes just before the brand’s Fall/Winter 2023 show in Los Angeles on March 10. .
