In honour of International Women’s Day, the Quincho restaurant and Fermentaria have joined forces to present a special menu on the night of March 8th. The service will be available from 18:30 and does not require advance booking.

The home of the Trilha brewery, located in Barra Funda, will join chef Gabriela Guerriero, of Fermentaria, and Mari Sciotti, chef of Quincho, to prepare a four-handed dinner.

Dishes, pizzas and desserts will be available that will mix fermented products with vegetable cuisine. The combination of the preparations with the beers of the restaurant will be curated by Julia Leme, sommelière of Fermentaria.

Sharing options include okra with gochujang sauce, which uses green and purple okra, roasted in a wood oven, sweet chili paçoca of fermented apples, sesame and coriander, and roasted fennel, made with goat cheese, fennel, guava fresh and white sesame crumble.

The pizzas come in garlic and tulha flavours, with herb parsley, garlic paste, tulha cheese and fried garlic, and artichoke, made up of an artichoke base with ricotta and candied Sicilian lemon and tulha cheese flakes.

Dessert is the naturally brewed waffle with beer caramel ice cream.
