  • 3 sachets of powdered meat seasoning
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water

bean tutu

  • 2 slices of thinly sliced ​​smoked pepperoni sausage
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 cups (tea) of borlotti beans cooked with the broth
  • 1 cup cassava flour (tea)
  • Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste

Cabbage

  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 cloves of garlic sliced
  • 2 bunches kale, thinly sliced
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Season the steaks with the seasoning, salt, and pepper. Reserve.
  2. For the tutu, in a skillet over medium heat, saute the pancetta in its own fat until it begins to brown.
  3. Add the sausage, onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes.
  4. Add the beans with the broth and, as soon as it boils, sprinkle with flour, stirring until thickened.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, parsley, turn off and set aside.
  6. For the cabbage, in a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and saute the garlic until golden brown.

  • 5 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 4 cups of water (tea)
  • 1 cup green beans (chopped)
  • 1 sliced ​​carrot
  • 1 cup (tea) of broccoli in bunches
  • 1 cup cauliflower (in bunches)

Method of preparation:

Sauce

  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Farofa

  • 3 tablespoons of butter

  • 4 bananas cut into 4 parts
