Sauce
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 cup cream cheese (cream)
- 1 box of cream (200g)
- 1/2 cup grated blue cheese
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated)
- oregano to taste
Salad
- 1/2 bunch of washed lettuce
- 1/2 bunch of washed rocket
- 1 sliced red onion
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)

Method of preparation:
- For the sauce, melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat.

- 4 skinless chicken breast fillet halves

- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 1 cup of milk (tea)
- 1/2 cup gruyere (chopped)
- 1/2 cup grated Emmenthal cheese

Method of preparation:
- With a sharp knife open the chicken breast sideways, but without separating the parts.
- Cover the fillets with cling film and tap them with a hammer to thin them.
- Season with salt and pepper and set aside

- Roll up like rocambole and tie with string
- Put into a greased mold and then drizzle with the wine.

- 2 diced potatoes
