Carolina only posed in a floral bikini as she performed the exercises. With the hollowed out model, her beauty showed flexibility and she even showed off her body in her Instagram clicks.

“Today was the day to train the handstand; this is an exercise that connects me back to my childhood, i remember my training in olympic gymnastics, and this works as a kind of meditation for me”, Dieckmann said in the publication’s caption.
