Orecchiette with tomato sauce

ingredients

  • 10 tomatoes Ripe Italian cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of water tea
  • 5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 peeled and chopped onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled and minced
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 250 g of orecchiette
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • water for cooking

Method of preparation

Put the water in a saucepan and bring to medium heat until it boils. Add salt and pasta and cook until tender. With the help of a slotted spoon, remove the pasta from the pan and set it aside. Put the tomatoes and the water in a blender and blend until you get a juice. Reserve.

In a frying pan, put the olive oil and heat over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and saute. Add the tomato juice, salt and black pepper and mix well. Cover the pan and cook for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Lastly add the sugar and mix well. Turn off the heat, pour the sauce over the orecchiette and serve immediately.

Tip: serve garnished with grated cheese.

Powdered milk pudding

  • 3 cups of tea sugar
  • 3 teacups of powdered milk
  • 2 teacups of water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch

Syrup

  • 1 teacup of sugar

Method of preparation

In a saucepan, put the sugar for the syrup and let it melt over low heat, without stirring. Next, pour the syrup into a pudding mold and spread it. Reserve. In a blender, put the sugar, powdered milk, water, eggs and cornstarch and beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Place the pudding on the mold with the syrup, cover with aluminum foil and cook in a preheated oven at 180°C, in a bain-marie, for 40 minutes. Turn off the oven, wait for it to cool down and put in the fridge for 2 hours. Serve immediately.

Pasta

  • 250 g of soft wheat flour
  • 125 g of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon of water
  • salt to taste
  • Butter for greasing
  • Soft wheat flour for flouring

Filling

  • 1 cup of milk tea
  • 1 cup of tea milk cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 80 grams of mozzarella
  • 80 g of grated Parmesan
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

Method of preparation

Pasta

Put the soft wheat flour, the butter, the egg, the salt and the water in a bowl and mix until you get a smooth dough. Cover the dough with cling film and put it in the fridge for 10 minutes. Next, sprinkle a smooth surface with wheat flour and, using a rolling pin, unfold the dough. Grease a baking sheet with butter and flour it with wheat flour and lay out the dough, filling the entire bottom and sides. Reserve.

Filling

Put the eggs, milk and cream in a bowl and, with the help of a fork, beat until you get a homogeneous consistency. Season with salt and pepper. Reserve. Cover the dough with the mozzarella and place the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Mousse with chocolate wafers

ingredients

  • 1 pack of cookie round chocolate
  • 395 g of condensed milk
  • 500 g of sour cream

Method of preparation

Pike the cookies and book. In a blender, put the milk cream and beat until you get a firm consistency. Stirring constantly, add the condensed milk and, lastly, the biscuits. Transfer the mixture to a plate and refrigerate until it sets. Serve immediately.
