- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
Filling
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped yellow pepper
- 500 g cooked and minced beef or muscle
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 300 g of grated mozzarella
Method of preparation:
- Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the garlic, onion and bell pepper.
- Add the meat, extract, tomato, salt, pepper, parsley and brown for 3 minutes.
- Turn off and reserve.
- In the blender, beat the milk, cream, oil and eggs for 1 minute.
- Then pour it into a bowl and mix the flour, seasoning and baking powder together with a spoon.
- Pour into a greased and floured 24 cm removable springform pan and spread the filling.
