  • 3 cups of ripe persimmon pulp
  • 1 sachet of unflavored red gelatin powder (12g)
  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 1 jar of cream
  • Persimmon slices to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat the persimmons in the blender for 1 minute and strain.
  2. Return to blender and add dissolved gelatin according to package directions, condensed milk, heavy cream and whip for 2 minutes.
  3. Distribute in individual cups and leave to rest in the fridge for 3 hours.
  4. Finally, decorate with khaki wedges.

Ingredients:

  • 4 ripe persimmons chopped
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 2 packets of champagne biscuits

Cream

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 2 yolks
  • 1 tablespoon of corn starch
  • 1 can of milk
  • 1 jar of cream

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat the persimmons with the water and sugar until it thickens and forms a slightly soft jelly. Let cool.
  2. Bring the condensed milk, egg yolks and cornstarch dissolved in the milk to a boil, stirring until thickened.
  3. Remove from the heat and add the sour cream.
  4. In a refractory, interlayer layers of biscuit, cream and persimmon jam, finishing with cream and persimmon jam.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Ingredients:

  • 6 ripe chocolate persimmons
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (tea) + 4 tablespoons (soup) sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of yeast
  • 1/3 cup (tea) water
  • Margarine and wheat flour for greasing
  • white chocolate sprinkles to decorate

Method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, beat 2 persimmons, the milk and eggs until smooth.
  2. Add the sifted flour and 1/2 cup (tea) sugar and beat to mix.
  3. Add the yeast and mix with a wooden spoon.
  4. Pour into a greased and floured 25cm x 35cm rectangular baking dish and bake in a preheated medium oven for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  5. Expect it to cool and unfold.
  6. Blend the remaining persimmons, sugar and water in a blender until smooth.
  7. Bring to low heat, stirring constantly, until it pulls away from the pan and you have a gelatinous texture and a book.
  8. Spread over the cake and cut into squares.
  9. If desired, decorate with white chocolate sprinkles.
  10. Wrap, one by one, in aluminum foil and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
