1. Toning tea

ingredients

  • 1 apple cut into cubes
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • 1 mint leaf

Method of preparation

In a bowl of water, put the apples and boil for a few minutes. Coe, put the mint and refrigerate it before drinking.

  • 2 tbsp sheets chopped graviola
  • 1 liter of water

Method of preparation

Put the graviola leaves in a pan and bring to the boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Strain and refrigerate the tea before drinking.

5. Tea to help prevent diabetes

ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons of parsley
  • 1/2 liter of boiling water
  • lemon drops to taste

Method of preparation

Put the parsley in a saucepan with water and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove the parsley and add the lemon drops. Refrigerate before serving.
