1. Toning tea
ingredients
- 1 apple cut into cubes
- 1/2 liter of boiling water
- 1 mint leaf
Method of preparation

- 4 tablespoons of parsley
- 1/2 liter of boiling water
- lemon drops to taste
Method of preparation
Put the parsley in a saucepan with water and let it rest for 10 minutes. Remove the parsley and add the lemon drops. Refrigerate before serving.
