Healthy cocoa ingredients
- 1 tablespoon flax seeds
- Half a glass of boiling water
- 1-2 tablespoons natural cocoa (to taste)
- 1 cup milk – animal or vegetable, depending on preference
How to make healthy cocoa
- Pour boiling water over the flax seeds and let steep for 15 to 20 minutes
- Mix all the ingredients in a blender and blend. Everything is ready !
Milk can be used both hot and cold – depending on how you like to drink cocoa. You can also add a little honey and your favorite spices to the drink – for example, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg.
