Grapes, for example, contain resveratrol, a substance that works by reducing cholesterol levels; açaí has ​​anthocyanins, the pigment responsible for tones ranging from bright red to purple and blue and acts as an antioxidant; citrus fruits, such as acerola and guava, are rich in vitamin C.
