The new Westwing collection, developed by the company’s designers in collaboration with a mother and daughter, presents a complete line of homewear that translates the delicacy of fairy tales and the presence of psychedelia into 47 pieces, from tableware to fabrics for the entire home .

Aprons, pillow covers, notebooks and cake tins were designed by Westwing Collectionthe company’s exclusive brand, to satisfy lovers of retro culture and cottagecore, who romanticize the concept of a simple and happy life.
“Our challenge was to develop a line that translates the feeling of nostalgia, not of the guests, but of many people who miss it and want to bring home the intimacy of the past, like a hug from their grandmother”, underlines Aline RochaHead of Private Label at Westwing Brasil.
Collab between mother and daughter
Emblematic designs such as the Mexican heart, immortalized by Frida Kahlo, the teddy bears, a reference to the classic “Goldilocks”, the mushrooms and the flowers come from the playful universe and familiar representations in different cultures.
“I am inspired by the surrealism of Magritte, by Salvador Dalì; by the expressionism of Van Gogh, by the delicacy of the colors of Monet and Berthe Morisot and by various contemporary artists, such as Nathalie Lete and Tessa Perlow”, says the artist Julia Danesi, responsible for illustrations from the collection.
Carla, in turn, owns a personal collection of household items, ranging from tea towels and aprons to art sculptures, crockery, utensils and a fantastic library, which houses both contemporary writers, world novelists and culinary publications in various languages and proposals.
“I’m always connected with the world, I do a lot of research, I look for references everywhere; inspirations in books, magazines, artists, designers,” says the chef celebrating her contribution to the collaboration.
“The final result was possible thanks to the watchful eye of Júlia and Carla and the experience of the Westwing Collection in the home and decoration market, bringing another relevant collection to Brazilian consumers, passionate about trends and inspiration”, concludes Aline Rocha .
The products will be available from March 30 in an exclusive campaign in the Westwing Buyer’s Club.
