A quick and creamy dessert, similar to mousse, but much easier and more practical to make, which you can choose to make without sugar or in the traditional way

In any of the choices, it will look like a very perfect and healthy creamy mousse.

INGREDIENTS: (click to see shopping list)

Avocado cream with chocolate (or cocoa)

  • 1/2 unit avocado, ripe
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cocoa powder or cocoa powder
  • 1.5 tablespoons of xylitol or sugar or as much as you like

Finish:

  • Cocoa nibs or beans (optional) to finish

PRE-PREPARATION:

  1. Separate recipe ingredients and utensils.
  2. Wash the avocado, cut it, remove the stone and peel it.

PREPARATION:

Avocado cream with chocolate (or cocoa):

  1. Place the avocado pulp, cocoa and xylitol (or other sweetener) or sugar in a blender or food processor and beat for about 2 minutes until very smooth.
  2. Freeze for about 20 minutes in the freezer or at least 1 hour in the fridge.
