Ingredients:

  • 1 kg tilapia fillet
  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 lemon juice
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs (tea)
  • Fry oil
  • Lemon slices to decorate

Tartar sauce

  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 cup pickled vegetables (chopped)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (tea)
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the sauce, blend the onion, pickles, lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise and mustard in a blender.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, beat again and then set aside.
  3. Meanwhile, season the fish with the garlic, lemon, salt and pepper.
  4. Pass the fillets in the flour, in the beaten eggs and bread them.
  5. Fry, a little at a time, in boiling oil, by immersion, until golden brown
  6. Drain on absorbent paper
  7. Transfer to a platter and serve with the sauce.

Ingredients:

  • 6 white hake fillets
  • 1 lemon juice
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • Fry oil

Sauce

  • 3 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 cup of olive oil (tea)
  • 1 cup fresh basil (washed)
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the sauce, put the garlic and walnuts in a blender and grind
  2. Add the olive oil, a little at a time, and whisk in the meantime
  3. Put the basil, the Parmesan, season with salt and pepper
  4. Beat to mix then set aside
  5. Season the fillets with lemon and salt.
  6. Pass them in the flour, in the beaten eggs and pass them in the breadcrumbs.
  7. Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown
  8. Drain on absorbent paper and serve with the sauce on top.
  9. If desired, garnish the dish with fresh lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup (tea) passion fruit pulp
  • 1/2 cube of vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of water
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of grated onion
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 4 fillets of hake, tilapia or hake
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation:

  1. In the blender, beat the pulp with the broth dissolved in the water, using the pulsar button until the seeds are released.
  2. Pass through a sieve, keeping half of the seeds.
  3. Ignore the rest of the suits
  4. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the onion for 1 minute
  5. Sprinkle with flour and fry for 1 minute
  6. Pour in the passion fruit juice, a little at a time, while stirring until it thickens.

  • 4 fillets of conger eel
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1 packet of fish seasoning powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (tea)

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 200 g of small prawns
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. For the sauce, heat a pan with oil over medium heat and then sauté the onion and prawns for 3 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes, salsa, salt and pepper, stir and cook for 5 minutes

  • Salt and white pepper to taste
  • 3 beaten eggs
  • 2 cups corn flakes (crunchy)
  • Fry oil

Sauce

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 5 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • 1 box of cream (200g)

Method of preparation:

  1. For the sauce, heat a pan with the butter over medium heat and saute the onion until golden brown.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients, cook for 2 minutes, turn off and set aside
  3. Meanwhile, season the tilapia fillets with the garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pass in the beaten eggs and cover with the corn flakes.

Ingredients:

  • 6 fillets of hake or sole
  • salt to taste
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 100 g of sliced ​​mozzarella
  • 100 g of sliced ​​cooked ham
  • 3 tablespoons grated Parmesan for dusting

Sauce

  • 1 bunch of cooked and squeezed spinach
  • 200 g of cream
  • 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Season the fillets with salt and garlic.
  2. Stuff with the slices of cheese and ham and roll up to form a roll.
  3. Secure with toothpicks and then place in a medium refractory
  4. Mix the sauce ingredients, spread over the rolls, top with the Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
