If there’s one salad recipe that I’m a fan of, it’s the Juliana salad, I love all the ingredients and even more the sauce that goes perfectly with all the flavors. I discovered this dish in a lovely meat restaurant and decided to reproduce this beauty at home.

Julian Salad - The best dish

Since it is very successful, I am not going to risk it and will serve this delight.

julienne salad

ingredients

5 cups of leftover lettuce tea

1 chopped tomato

1/2 grated carrot (coarse grated)

3 strips of bacon

1 cup of sliced ​​hearts of palm

1 cup of straw potato tea

For the sauce

6 tablespoons of olive oil

2 tablespoons of mustard

1 tablespoon of honey

1 tablespoon of water

In a bowl mix the lettuce, tomato, heart of palm, carrot and straw potato. To make the bacon crispy, place two sheets of absorbent paper on a plate, place the slices of bacon on top and place in the microwave for 5 minutes. Leave to cool and then chop and add to salad. For the dressing, mix the olive oil with the mustard and honey, pour over the salad. Mix everything once again and serve.
