Banoffee, the English banana cake

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of cornstarch biscuits (200 g)
- 50 g of cold butter
- 5 sliced bananas
Chantilly
- 1 tablespoon unflavored unflavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup boiling water (tea)
- 1/2 cup cold water (tea)
- 1 cup milk (powdered)
- 5 tablespoons of lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons oven and stove sweetener
- 1 teaspoon (coffee) of vanilla essence
Method of preparation:
- At first, grind the cookies in the processor.
- Then put it in a bowl and add the butter, working with your fingertips until you get a farofa.
- Then spread the dough on the bottom of a 24 cm diameter springform pan and place in a medium preheated oven (180°C) for 15 minutes.
- Spread the dulce de leche over the pastry and spread the banana slices and set aside.
- For the whipped cream, in a bowl, hydrate the gelatin in boiling water and add the rest of the ingredients.
- Mix well and place in the freezer for 20 minutes.
- Beat with a hand mixer until firm peaks.
- Place in a pastry bag fitted with a pearl tip and cover the bananas.
- Finally, unmold the cake and serve afterwards.
