Respect the “simple”, which the results of your diet will show
It is no news that, in order to have a good quality of life, it is necessary to eat well. But lack of time can make things difficult. After all, it tends to be easier to unpack than to peel. But the nutritionist and food production coordinator of “Tasty Salad Shop”, Jussiara Corsini, has revealed seven tips to maintain a balanced diet without suffering. Watch:
Seven tips for eating light
eat slowly
It’s understandable if you go into a hectic routine and go to lunch or eat that “snack” in the afternoon with a certain topic in mind. However, remember that eating slowly is essential for our health.
“Eating too fast causes us to eat more than we need to, as well as promotes a feeling of bloating. Chew well and savor every flavor in your meal,” Jussiara explained.
Hydration
Don’t forget the water. There are other options that suit your hydration. “Drink at least 2 liters of fluids a day, preferably water, but it can also be coconut water, iced tea and natural juices with no added sugar. Top tip: always leave a bottle of water in your bag to make it easier to drink ” , warned the professional.
Unsweetened
Remember that natural is much better. It may sound cliché, but this nutritionist won’t say why. “Try to taste natural-tasting foods. No added refined sugars. If you need sugar for a recipe, opt for brown sugar, which has some nutrients because it’s unrefined, or a culinary sweetener,” she highlighted.
full
“Go for brown rice, pasta, and bread options, as whole wheat flour has fiber and nutrients that are good for our bodies,” she guaranteed.
fruit every day
“Fruit is an excellent food, because it is rich in fibre, vitamins, mineral salts and always acts in a beneficial way in our body. Eat at least 3 portions a day and, when possible, vary the choice of fruit”, he underlined.
Healthy snacks
“Temptations begin to appear when you leave the house, because it is much easier to find an industrialized snack than something healthy. On busy days, choose to carry a mix of dried fruit, a wholemeal sandwich or fruit in your bag” , commented.
vegetables and greens
“Like fruits, vegetables and greens have important vitamins and minerals for daily consumption. Prepare a very colorful salad and eat it before the main course, as the fibers will help you feel less hungry and eat less other foods,” said Jussara Corsini .
