One restaurant in brooklynin New York, offers a gastronomic experience beyond different: naked dinner, literally in English, naked dinner.
The place is run by a group of women and the main idea is to connect pure body with pure food. Due to this, the the menu is all vegetarian and does not include alcoholic beverages.
Before the immersive experience, the restaurant also offers a meditation session for customers, so that everyone gets along. OR value to enjoy this experience it can vary, but costs an average of US$88, about R$450 at current exchange rates. Overall, it’s a 40-minute journey into yourself.
One of the owners, Charlie, explains that the idea came from his rejection of his own body.
“I’ve been a dancer since I was three and this toxic culture [do corpo perfeito] you hit me. I didn’t feel happy with my body and when I started nudism it was very liberating! I felt so much more confident and authentic,” she says, in an interview with Fantastic.
