Spiritualist recommends three simple baths made with ingredients you probably have in your kitchen. See what they are!

How to take an energy bath?
There are several ways to take an energy bath, however there are some things you should always do, such as:
- Take a bath on a day you don’t leave the house, as your body will be sensitive to external energies;
- Always wear light, light clothing after bathing;
- Pay attention to the ingredients you will use, as some baths boost your energy and may end up disturbing your sleep.
Katrina explains that it is very important that the instructions are followed correctly in order to reach maximum energy. She looks at three bathrooms highlighted by the spiritualist.
cinnamon bath
As it is an aphrodisiac spice, cinnamon bath helps to increase the power of attraction.
Materials: cinnamon sticks, 2 liters of water, petals of 1 yellow rose and half a glass of coarse salt.
Way of doing: in 2 liters of boiling water, combine all the ingredients and mix well. Then turn off the heat and let it rest for 20 minutes. Shower normally and dump the entire mixture from the neck down.
Coarse salt and rosemary bath
The thick salt bath is one of the most powerful, as its cleansing is so strong that it takes away both negative and positive energy. Therefore, rosemary is added to restore positive energies.
Materials: 2 liters of water, 7 tablespoons of coarse salt and 1 sprig of fresh rosemary.
Way of doing: Boil the water and salt in a saucepan. Then, when the water boils, turn off the heat, add the rosemary and cover the pan with a lid. After your hygienic bath, throw the energy bath over your body from the neck and let it dry naturally.
bold bathroom
This bath is great for reducing symptoms of anxiety and depression, as it helps transform all negativity into spiritual strength. However, it is recommended to do it on Mondays.
Materials: 2 liters of water and 1 handful of boldo leaves.
Way of doing: Put the boldo and water in a pan as if you were making tea. Then, after the water boils, turn off the heat and let the bath stand. As soon as it has reached a tepid temperature, filter it and take it with you to the bathroom, and, after the hygienic bath, throw it on the body from the neck down. Dispose of the rest of the toilet in nature.
