Last Monday (20th) the 60th edition of SPFW ended, with 38 fashion shows that demonstrated that fashion is increasingly democratic. But obviously some common points converge and give rise to different trends, depending on the point of view of the creative director of each brand.
White shirts, for example, do not become a trend, because they never go out of fashion, but as soon as they appear on the catwalks they suggest that there are countless possibilities for wearing them. There is also no shortage of wide trousers, with different cuts and openings, as well as structures that highlight the hips of the most varied shapes. Embellishments on pieces, printed dresses and the color red also appeared in many shows.
Discover six trends in 36 photos, showing how they can be used for all styles and on various occasions.
Different decorations
It appears to be made from waste materials, such as leather and plastic (Gustavo Silvestro), as well as açaí seeds (Flavia Aranha), resins (Norman), reforestation wood (Leandro Castro), fabric flowers (Marina Bitu) and shiny maxipeeti (DRIVEN), they gain localized volume or throughout the piece. They create asymmetries and take production away from the obvious.
Hip highlighted
The hip region is emphasized in different ways depending on the look. Can be with maximized peplum waist (to the girl); with more tissue in the region (Davide Ramos); with a structure reminiscent of a ballet tutu (Weider Silveiro); balloon skirt (DRIVEN); construction of the piece in the region (Alexandre Herchcovitch); and localized volumes (King Boys). In other words, for all styles.
White shirt
They are classic and cannot be missing from any male or female wardrobe. And, if they are not exactly trendy, the way in which they are presented guarantees freshness to the look, as demonstrated by the brands À La Garçonne, Dendezeiro, LED, Leandro Castro AND Holy Resistance.
Printed dresses
Yes, simple, long dresses have appeared in several shows, but the new ones are the printed ones. With localized or all-over designs, you can be sure that they will start to appear on the beach, in everyday life or even at parties. We have selected only six options from the dozens shown, so that you can be inspired and walk the runway Amir Slama, Marina Bitu, Flávia Aranha, Santa Resistência, Foz AND Gloria Coelho. Which one is more similar to you?
Red signal
Warm and strong colors appeared on many catwalks, but red was almost unanimous, so we separated some looks with color, which promises to warm up summer and other seasons. Get inspired by the look of Amir Slama, Ateliê Mão de Mãe, Marina Bitu, Meninos Rei, Lilly Sarti AND to the girl.
A gender-neutral piece has become increasingly popular among trends. These are loose and comfortable trousers with cutouts that create casual and elegant looks. We have selected only six of the various fashion shows during SPFW. And even if they appear on male models, they can very well be used by all sexes, without distinction.
