Ingredients:
- 2 cups sweet sprinkles (tea)
- 2 cups of sour tails (tea)
- 1 and 1/2 cups warm milk
- 2/3 cup oil (tea)
- 1 tablespoon(s) of salt
- 3 cups (tea) of grated Minas cheese (half cure)
- 3 eggs
- margarine for greasing
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Filling
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 slices Calabrian sausage, diced
- 2 chopped onions
- oregano to taste
- 2 chopped seedless tomatoes
- 1 and 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella
Method of preparation:
- In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the sausage until it starts to brown.
- Add the onion, oregano and fry for 3 minutes.
- Let cool.
- In a bowl, mix the tails and set aside.
- In a blender, beat the milk with the oil, salt, cheese and eggs until smooth.
- Pour over the sprinkles and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
- Spread half of the dough into a greased removable ring 24cm in diameter.
- Distribute the sautéed peppers, the chopped tomatoes and the mozzarella.
- Top with the remaining dough, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave to cool, unmold and serve afterwards.

Ingredients:
- 3 grated zucchini
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- 1/2 cup rice flour (tea)
- 2/3 of a cup of milk (tea)
- 1 cup Parmesan (grated)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder (coffee)
- 3 eggs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Wheat flour and margarine for dusting
- Cherry tomatoes and parmesan to garnish
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl put the courgettes, carrots, onions, tomatoes, parsley, flour, milk, Parmesan cheese, eggs, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Transfer to a greased and floured refractory pan, decorate with tomato and Parmesan and bring to a medium, preheated oven for 25 minutes or until firm and lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool and serve immediately.
Easy chicken pie and shortcrust pastry

Ingredients:
- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry (500 g)
- Butter for greasing
- 1 egg yolk for brushing
Filling
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 4 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can of drained corn
- 2 chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup of chopped green olives
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 cup cream cheese (cream)
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, heat a pan with the butter and sauté the onion until it is wilted.
- Add the chicken, corn, tomatoes, olives, extract, salt and green flavoring and saute for 3 minutes.
- Add the ricotta, mix and turn off the heat.
- Line a greased medium refractory with part of the shortcrust pastry and spread the filling over it.
- Cover with the shortcrust pastry and decorate the surface with strips of shortcrust pastry.
- Brush with egg yolk and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and cut into pieces to serve.

Ingredients:
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 2/3 cup oil (tea)
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 3 cups wheat flour (tea)
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- Margarine and wheat flour for greasing and flouring
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Filling
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 3 chopped tomatoes
- 500 g of sliced sausage
- 1 can of tomato sauce
- 3 tablespoons of ketchup
- 3 tablespoons of mustard
- salt to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a skillet, over medium heat, heat the oil and saute the garlic and onion for 2 minutes.
- Add the tomato, the sausages and sauté for 5 minutes.
- Add the sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt and cook for 3 minutes. Reserve.
- Blend the milk, oil, eggs and salt in a blender until smooth.
- Pour the flour and baking powder into a bowl and mix with a spoon.
- Roll out the dough into a 26 cm diameter buttered and floured mould.
- Spread the filling on top, sprinkle with Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let it cool, turn it out of the mold and serve it decorated as you like.
Heart of palm and vegetable pie

Ingredients:
- 1 packet of crushed crackers with water and salt (200g)
- 3 tablespoons of butter
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan for sprinkling
Filling
- 1 glass of chopped hearts of palm (300 g)
- 1 can of drained vegetables
- 3 eggs
- 1 box of cream (200g)
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the filling, mix the hearts of palm, vegetables, eggs, cream, salt, parsley and set aside in a bowl.
- To prepare the dough for the heart of palm and vegetable pie, mix the crushed biscuit, butter and egg white in a bowl to form a moist crumble.
- Line the bottom and sides of a medium springform pan with the flour and pour the filling on top.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 20 minutes or until set and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven, let it cool, unmold and serve.
