Salmon with orange and ginger sauce

Performance: 2 portions
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
400 g of salmon steaks
Juice of 1 orange pear
salt to taste
Orange peel
1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger
parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
Wash the parsley under running water and cut it into thick pieces. Place the salmon steaks in the pressure cooker and season with salt. Add ginger and orange zest. Add the orange juice and cover the pan. Bring to low heat until the valve beeps. Then close the valve and lower the heat (almost to extinguish) for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and finish with the parsley.
Brie and apricot risotto
Performance: 4 portions
Time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
2 cloves of garlic
1 cup of arborio rice
1 liter of vegetable broth (homemade or in pastilles)
½ cup freshly grated Parmesan
30ml of white wine
200 g of brie cheese
100 grams of apricots
1 tablespoon of butter
Method of preparation:
Dissolve the broth of your choice in 1 liter of water. Chop the garlic and dice the brie and apricot. Heat a pan over low heat. Put a drizzle of olive oil, the garlic cloves and the arborio rice and mix until it becomes transparent. Add the white wine and stir until it evaporates. Gradually add the broth, waiting for the rice to absorb before adding more. Finally add the Parmesan, brie, apricot and butter, mix well and serve.
Roasted banana with yogurt and red fruits
Performance: 6 portions
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients:
2 ground bananas
1 tablespoon of icing sugar
50 g of red fruits
300 g of natural yoghurt
Method of preparation:
Remove the banana peels, add the sugar and arrange in the pan. Pour the sugar over the bananas, put the lid on and leave on low heat for 10 minutes. In a bowl mix the yogurt and clean fruit. Reserve. Turn off the heat and serve the bananas with the yogurt.
