Stuffed kebab basket

Time: 45min (+30min rest)

Performance: 15 units

Difficulty: easy

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of grain (tea) for kibbeh
  • 1 cup hot water (tea)
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • 1/2 grated onion
  • 1/2 cup mint (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for greasing and dressing
  • Mint leaves to decorate

Filling

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 slices of minced pepper sausage
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • Salt and chopped parsley to taste
  • 1 cup cream cheese (cream)

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a frying pan with olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion, peppers, tomato, salt and green odor for 3 minutes.
  2. Mix with the curd and leave to cool.
  3. In a bowl, mix the wheat with hot water and let it sit for 30 minutes or until the wheat has absorbed the water.
  4. Squeeze out excess water and mix with the meat, onion, mint, salt and pepper.
  5. Coat 15 buttered tart molds with the kibbeh dough, as if they were tartlets, and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.
  6. Place in large skillet, side by side, and place in preheated medium oven for 15 minutes. Let cool and unroll.
