Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon of margarine
  • 1.2 kg boneless chicken thighs, diced
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (tea)
  • 1 cup mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 6 tablespoons of water
  • 1 jar of cream
  • Salt, black pepper and grated nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Heat a pan with margarine over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
  2. Add the onion, garlic and saute for 3 minutes
  3. Add the ketchup, mushrooms, chicken broth, water and saute for 3 minutes
  4. Mix the cream, salt, pepper, nutmeg and cook for 5 minutes
  5. Turn it off and, if you like, serve it with plain rice and straw potatoes.

  • 200 g of first choice minced meat
  • 2 slices of mozzarella
  • 1 sesame burger bun
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • Mayonnaise (season with ingredients of your choice, can be garlic, herbs, pepper)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • French fries or onion rings

Method of preparation:

  1. Gently mix the meat and form the hamburger disc
  2. It’s important not to over mix or press, as the meat becomes tough, the less you mix or press, the softer the burger will be.
  3. Season the burger with salt and pepper
  4. Meanwhile, heat a non-stick pan, add a little oil.
  5. Grill on one side until the meat side changes color and blood drops begin to appear on the meat.
  6. Flip the burger and keep on high heat for another 2 minutes.
  7. Put the bacon in the pan
  8. Then add the mozzarella on top of the burger
  9. Add 20ml of water to the pan to melt the cheese and cover the pan
  10. After the water dries up, place the halved bread on top of the pan to seal.
  11. Assemble the burger by placing the lettuce, tomato, burger, bacon, seasoned mayonnaise and bread
  12. Serve immediately.

  1. Put the cold oil in a large skillet and add all the potatoes

  3. Put the oil back on the heat and when it is hot, fry the potatoes, a little at a time, until golden brown
  4. Arrange it on a serving plate, lined with absorbent paper and set aside in the hot, turned off oven.
  5. Arrange the potatoes on a plate, sprinkle with salt
  6. Meanwhile, heat the ricotta for 30 seconds in the microwave.

  • 5 spoons of cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • Butter and wheat flour for greasing

Filling

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate (melted)
  • 4 tablespoons of sour cream

Method of preparation:

  1. For the filling, mix the melted chocolate with the cream until smooth and set aside.
  2. In the meantime, butter and flour 5 ceramic cups with a capacity of 200 ml
  3. Beat the cream, condensed milk, eggs, chocolate, butter and flour in a blender for 2 minutes or until smooth.
  4. Mix the yeast with a spoon, then pour half the batter into 5 200ml ceramic cups until 1/3

  • 1/2 box of cream (100g)
  • 50 g of white chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons (soup) of powdered milk type Ninho®

  • Ninho® powdered milk
  • Nutella® type hazelnut cream for filling

modthe preparation:

  1. In a pan, heat the condensed milk, cream, white chocolate, Ninho® and glucose over low heat until it detaches from the bottom of the pan.

  • 1/2 cup walnuts (chopped)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a saucepan, heat the condensed milk, butter, chocolate and brandy over medium heat until slightly thickened.
  2. Remove from the heat, stir in the cream and cinnamon and leave to cool.
  3. Fry the churros following the instructions on the package, drain them on absorbent paper and arrange them on a serving plate.
