- 2 liters of milk integral
- 400 g of sugar
Method of preparation
Put the milk in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and add the sugar. Bake for about 1 hour or until just set milk cream, stirring occasionally. Put the candies in a container, wait for them to cool and serve.
Ambrosia
ingredients
- 1 liter of milk
- 500 g of sugar
- 5 beaten eggs
- 2 cloves
- 1 lemon juice
- Peel of 1 lemon
- 1 cinnamon stick
Method of preparation
Put the milk, cinnamon stick, lemon zest and cloves in a pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. While still on the heat, add the sugar and stir until dissolved. Then add the beaten eggs and lemon juice. Stir for about 30 minutes to cook the egg and coagulate the recipe. Cook until it packs down and reduces the syrup. Turn off the heat and transfer the ragweed into a container. Serve immediately.
papaya jam
ingredients
- 3 cups of tea sugar
- 2 grated green papayas
- 3 cinnamon sticks
- 5 cloves
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the sugar and papaya. Place over medium heat and stir to incorporate. Then add the cloves and cinnamon. Cook for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Put the sweets in a container and serve hot or frozen.
