Ingredients:

  • 12 slices of mozzarella
  • 12 mini burger buns
  • 5 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 12 tomato slices
  • 12 small washed or iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced

Hamburger

  • 2 slices of crustless white bread
  • 1 grated onion
  • 1 small egg
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. For the hamburger, moisten the bread with water and squeeze it well.
  2. Dissolve by hand in a bowl.
  3. Add the onion, egg, beef, salt and pepper and mash until combined.
  4. Divide into 12 portions and form into burgers slightly larger than the diameter of the bread.
  5. Combine a thick skillet with some oil, over high heat and fry 4 at a time for 2 minutes per side.
  6. Place the cheese slice cut in half on top of the burger, cover and let melt for 30 seconds.
  7. Cut the bread in half.
  8. Pass ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
  9. Arrange the hamburger, a slice of tomato and the lettuce.
  10. Close and serve.

  • 800 g of minced meat
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 300 g of sliced ​​bacon
  • 200 g of grated cheddar cheese
  • 100 g grated parmesan

  • Bread, mayonnaise, ketchup and french fries to accompany

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
  2. Form balls and make holes in the center with the help of a small bowl.

  • Soft wheat flour for breading

  • 1 cup seasoned tomato sauce (bought ready-made)

Method of preparation:

  1. Moisten the slices of bread with water and squeeze them with your hands to remove the excess.

  3. Divide into 4 portions and form into tall burgers.
  4. Pass in the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.

  • 1 cube of vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)

Method of preparation:

  1. Blend the fish, potatoes, onions, anchovies and vegetable stock in a food processor.

Method of preparation:

  1. In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper until you get a homogeneous mass.
  2. Grease a medium non-stick skillet with oil and spread the ground beef mixture, squeezing it into a large hamburger.
  3. Bring to medium heat until it stops.
