Mini burgers with cheese

Ingredients:
- 12 slices of mozzarella
- 12 mini burger buns
- 5 tablespoons of ketchup
- 5 tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of mustard
- 12 tomato slices
- 12 small washed or iceberg lettuce leaves, sliced
Hamburger
- 2 slices of crustless white bread
- 1 grated onion
- 1 small egg
- 500 g of minced meat
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for greasing
Method of preparation:
- For the hamburger, moisten the bread with water and squeeze it well.
- Dissolve by hand in a bowl.
- Add the onion, egg, beef, salt and pepper and mash until combined.
- Divide into 12 portions and form into burgers slightly larger than the diameter of the bread.
- Combine a thick skillet with some oil, over high heat and fry 4 at a time for 2 minutes per side.
- Place the cheese slice cut in half on top of the burger, cover and let melt for 30 seconds.
- Cut the bread in half.
- Pass ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard.
- Arrange the hamburger, a slice of tomato and the lettuce.
- Close and serve.

Ingredients:
- 800 g of minced meat
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 300 g of sliced bacon
- 200 g of grated cheddar cheese
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 150 g of Catupiry®
- 1/2 box of cream (100g)
- Bread, mayonnaise, ketchup and french fries to accompany
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Form balls and make holes in the center with the help of a small bowl.
- Wrap the bacon slices around them, place them in a roasting pan and place in the preheated medium oven for 20 minutes.
- Mix the cheddar, Parmesan, Catupiry® and heavy cream in a bowl and divide between the ball cavities.
- Return to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and serve with bread, mayonnaise, ketchup and fries.

- 3 1/2 cups (tea) cooked white or brown rice
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 50 g of grated parmesan
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- Oil for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mash the rice grains with a fork.
- Add the egg, breadcrumbs, mozzarella, onion, garlic, Parmesan, salt, pepper, green smelt and mix until combined.
- Divide the dough into 6 portions and form the burgers.
- Heat a non-stick pan greased with oil over medium heat and brown it for 3 minutes on each side.
- Serve, if desired, with bread and salad.
Homemade hamburger parmesan

Ingredients:
- 2 slices of crustless bread
- 600 g of minced meat
- 2 tablespoons of grated onion
- 1 egg
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Soft wheat flour for breading
- 1 egg for breading
- breadcrumbs for breading
- Fry oil
- 1 cup seasoned tomato sauce (bought ready-made)
- 150 g of grated mozzarella for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Moisten the slices of bread with water and squeeze them with your hands to remove the excess.
- Place in a bowl, add the meat, onion, egg, salt and pepper and mix with your hands until the mixture is smooth.
- Divide into 4 portions and form into tall burgers.
- Pass in the flour, beaten egg and breadcrumbs.
- Fry, a little at a time, in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and place on a plate.
- Cover with the sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve, if desired, accompanied by rice, lettuce and tomato salad.
Chicken Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken breast (minced)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of grated onion
- 2 teaspoons of wheat flour
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (tea)
- Fry oil
- 1 hamburger bun
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 lettuce leaf
- 1 slice of cheddar cheese
- 1 slice of tomato
- 1 slice of pickled cucumber
Method of preparation:
- Puree the chicken, garlic, onion, wheat flour, salt and black pepper in a food processor.
- Shape the hamburger with this mixture and roll it in the breadcrumbs.
- In the meantime, pour the oil into a pan, heat it over high heat and fry the hamburger making it brown on both sides
- Open the bread, pass the mayonnaise, put the lettuce, the hamburger, the cheddar cheese, the tomato, the cucumber and finally, close with the other part of the bread
- Serve immediately.
Fish Hamburger

Ingredients:
- 2 cups chopped hake (without bones)
- 1/2 cup boiled potatoes (tea)
- 1 grated onion
- 2 canned anchovy fillets
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup Parmesan (grated)
- 2 yolks
- 1/2 cup wheat flour (tea)
- breadcrumbs for breading
- Fry oil
Method of preparation:
- Blend the fish, potatoes, onions, anchovies and vegetable stock in a food processor.
- Pour into a bowl and mix with the cheese, egg yolks and flour.
- Mix everything and put in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Divide the dough into 2 balls and then shape them with your hands or with a burger mold.
- Cover with breadcrumbs and fry quickly in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil.
- Drain on absorbent paper and, if desired, serve immediately with bread, lettuce, tomato, cheese and potato chips.
Ground Beef Burger

Ingredients:
- 500 g of minced meat
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Oil for greasing
Roof
- 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- 200 g of sliced mozzarella
- 1 sliced tomato
- oregano to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, mix the minced meat, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper until you get a homogeneous mass.
- Grease a medium non-stick skillet with oil and spread the ground beef mixture, squeezing it into a large hamburger.
- Bring to medium heat until it stops.
- Turn carefully and, on top of the burger, spread the tomato sauce, mozzarella, tomato and oregano.
- Return to medium heat until cheese melts.
- Serve in the pan itself.
