- 1 egg

Method of preparation
In a container put the meat, onion, egg, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix until smooth. Shape the burgers and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
Chicken burger with carrots
ingredients
- 1 carrot cut into small pieces
- 1/2 boneless chicken breast cut into pieces
- 1 onion cut into pieces
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon of Origan
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup of wheat flour tea

Method of preparation
In the processor, grind the carrot, onion and garlic and set aside. Still in the processor, grind the chicken into a paste. In a bowl combine the chili, cumin and chili sauce. Add the puree bean and breadcrumbs and mix. Shape the burgers, place them in an oiled form and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

- 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
