  • 1 tablespoon chopped green chives
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Fry oil

Method of preparation

In a container put the meat, onion, egg, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix until smooth. Shape the burgers and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.

Chicken burger with carrots

  • 1 carrot cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 boneless chicken breast cut into pieces
  • 1 onion cut into pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of Origan
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 cup of wheat flour tea

Method of preparation

In the processor, grind the carrot, onion and garlic and set aside. Still in the processor, grind the chicken into a paste.   • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation

In a bowl, mash the black beans until you get a creamy paste. In the mixer, chop the green pepper, the onion, the garlic and add the cream of beans. In a bowl combine the chili, cumin and chili sauce. Add the puree bean and breadcrumbs and mix. Shape the burgers, place them in an oiled form and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 10 minutes. Serve immediately.

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • Salt and ground black pepper to taste

With your hands, break the skinless sausage into a bowl. Add the onion, egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and black pepper and mix until a dough forms. Shape the burgers and put them in the freezer for 20 minutes. Then heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the burgers on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.

  • 340 grams of tuna drained solid
  • 2 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves

  • 2 eggs
  • Salt, ground black pepper and nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation
