Ossobuco soup recipe for cold days
Preparation time: 50 mins

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 kg of ossobuco
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 cup (coffee) soy sauce (shoyu)
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 3 cups of water (tea)
- 2 diced potatoes
- 2 diced carrots
- 200 g of chopped green beans
- Salt and chopped parsley to taste
Method of preparation:
- In a pressure cooker, over medium heat, heat the oil.
- Saute the ossobuco, garlic and onion for 3 minutes.
- Add the shoyuthe meat broth, the water and cover the pan.
- Cook for 20 minutes, after starting the pressure.
- Turn it off and let the pressure release naturally.
- Return the pan to medium heat, add the potato, carrot, pod, salt and green smelt.
- Cover with more water if necessary.
- Cook in an open pan until the ossobuco and vegetables soften.
- Transfer to a tureen and serve.
