1. Coffee reduces the risk of certain types of cancer
It contains more than a thousand components, many of which have anti-inflammatory and antitumor effects. Coffee has been linked to a reduced risk of melanoma and leukemia, as well as prostate and uterine cancer. A study from the University of Southern California also found that coffee drinkers had a 26% lower risk of developing bowel cancer.
2 Coffee may protect against type 2 diabetes

For many years, people with heart rhythm disorders have been advised against drinking coffee. But it turned out that this drink reduces the frequency of atrial fibrillation by 13%. Additionally, coffee drinkers are 19% less likely to have a heart attack and 30% less likely to have a heart attack than non-coffee drinkers.
5. Coffee can prolong life.
