With Onion Steak With Mayonnaise Sauce

  • 2 steaks
  • 1 onion, peeled and cut into rings
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup of water tea
  • Salt, ground black pepper, oil and chopped parsley to taste

Method of preparation

Place the steaks in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. I let it rest for 10 minutes. Put the steaks in a frying pan and fry them on both sides. Turn off the heat and set aside. In the same pan as the steaks, put the onion and garlic and brown. Add the water and cook until the onion is soft. Add the mayonnaise and sauté until the sauce thickens.
