Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 250 g of diced cooked ham
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (peeled)
- 3 cups of hot water (tea)
- 1 sachet of vegetable seasoning powder
- 1/2 package of pasta quills durum wheat (250g)
- 200 g of diced mozzarella
- Salt and fresh basil to taste
- Grated Parmesan for dusting
Method of preparation:
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan with the oil and fry the onion and ham for 3 minutes.
- Add the extract, the peeled tomatoes, the hot water, the seasoning powder, the pasta and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is al dente.
- Add the mozzarella, salt, basil and cook for another 1 minute.
- Turn off, sprinkle with parmesan, basil and serve.

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes boiled and cut into cubes
- 100 g grated parmesan
- 1 chopped red pepper
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
- 5 eggs (yolks and whites separated)
- 1 and 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
Method of preparation:
- In a large bowl, mash the potatoes, still hot, lightly with a fork, add the cheese, peppers, garlic, salt, nutmeg and curd.
- Mix well, add the yolks and milk.
- In the planetary mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff, mix them delicately with the cream of potatoes, place in a small greased soufflè refractory or in greased ramekins and bring to a medium, preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with red pepper strips.

Ingredients:
- 2 kg bone-in ribs, cut into pieces
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 crushed garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 cup of water (tea)
- 2 stalks of leek, cut into pieces
- 2 sweet potatoes in strips
- 2 medium carrots sliced
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of fresh thyme
Method of preparation:
- Arrange the ribs in an ovenproof dish, season with salt and pepper and place in a high, preheated oven for 30 minutes or until browned.
- In a bowl mix the garlic, the tomato paste, the Worcestershire sauce and the meat broth dissolved in the water.
- Water the meat, cover with aluminum foil and return to the medium, preheated oven for 1 hour.
- In a pan, cook the leeks, potatoes and carrots in boiling salted water for 3 minutes and drain.
- Spread into a mold, season with olive oil, salt, black pepper and thyme.
- Place in a medium oven, preheated, for 25 minutes.
- Turn off and collect on a plate with the rib.
- Finally water the rib with the sauce from the pan and serve.

- 500 g of peeled potatoes in slices
- Salt, black pepper and chopped parsley to taste
- 1 can of drained sardines
- 1/2 cup (tea) of milk
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce (tea)
- 100 g of grated mozzarella
- Oil for greasing
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, over medium heat, cook the potato in boiling salted water for 10 minutes and drain.
- Layer the potatoes in a greased refractory.
- Spread the sardines, make another layer of potatoes and drizzle with the milk seasoned with salt and pepper.
- Spread the tomato sauce on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Immediately after, take to medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until browned.
- Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately, if desired, with white rice.

- 2 medium zucchini
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 200 g of minced meat
- 2 tablespoons of chopped onion
- 1 diced ripe tomato
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 8 tablespoons of grated mozzarella
Method of preparation:
- Cut the zucchini in half and boil them in boiling salted water for 5 minutes and drain.
- Heat a pan with oil over medium heat and fry the meat and onion for 5 minutes.
- Add the tomato and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, season with salt, pepper and the green perfume.
- Carefully remove the seeds from the courgettes using a spoon.
- Stuff with the braised meat and sprinkle with the cheese.
- Place in the refractory and bring to a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Serve accompanied by white rice.
Shortcrust pastry lasagna

- 1 roll of shortcrust pastry (500 g)
- 300 g of sliced mozzarella
- 300 g of sliced ham
- 100 g grated parmesan
Sauce
- 2 cans of corn with water
- 3 cups of milk (tea)
- 1 cup cottage cheese (tea)
- 1 cube of vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chicken breast cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (minced)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Method of preparation:
- For the salsa, beat the corn, milk, cottage cheese, and vegetable stock in a blender until smooth.
- Heat a pan with the butter over medium heat and sauté the onion, chicken and parsley for 3 minutes.
- Add the cream from the blender, season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 5 minutes.
- Turn it off and let it cool down.
- To assemble, in a medium refractory, make a layer of sauce, a layer of shortcrust pastry, more sauce and mozzarella and ham.
- Repeat the layers, until the ingredients are used up, ending with the sauce.
- Sprinkle with the Parmesan and bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove and serve.

- 1 package of sausage (500 g)
- 1 grated onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
- 3 cups tomato sauce, seasoned to taste
Method of preparation:
- Mash the sausages with a fork and put them in a bowl.
- Add the onion, parsley, salt, pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, wheat flour, mix well and set aside
- Meanwhile, put the sauce in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Form the patties from the reserved dough, gently place them in the pan with the gravy and cook for 15 minutes or until cooked through.
- Decorate as desired and serve immediately.
