Ingredients:

  • 5 spoons (soup) oatmeal
  • two spoons (soup) of sugar
  • two cups (you) of milk (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • Flaked almonds to taste (optional)

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, with the heat off, mix all the ingredients, except the almonds.
  2. Over medium heat, slowly stir the ingredients until they come to a boil.
  3. Lower the heat and then continue stirring.
  4. Cook for about 10 minutes, until thickened.
  5. Place in a bowl and, if desired, cover with flaked almonds.
  6. Serve then while it is very hot.
