Ingredients:

  • 1 beef bouillon cube
  • 1 cup hot water (tea)
  • 6 sirloin steaks
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons of margarine
  • 1 tablespoon of wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup natural yogurt (tea)
  • 1 teaspoon(s) of mustard

Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve the beef broth in the water and set aside.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper and set aside in the refrigerator.
  3. In a pan, melt half the margarine, add the wheat flour and mix.
  4. Gradually add the reserved broth and mix.

  • 200 g of grated mozzarella
  • 4 sirloin steaks 2 cm high

Method of preparation:

  1. In a refractory, lay out the tomatoes and sprinkle with salt, pepper and olive oil.
  2. Bake in a preheated medium oven for 25 minutes, or until soft but whole.

  • 2 cups seedless tomatoes (chopped)
  • Soft wheat flour for breading
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • breadcrumbs for breading
  • Fry oil
  • 10 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cube of chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella for sprinkling

Method of preparation:

  1. With the help of a meat mallet, beat the meat until it is thin.
  2. Season the meat with salt and pepper on both sides and place 2 slices of mozzarella, 1 slice of ham and a little tomato in the center of each steak.
