Ingredients:

  • 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
  • 1 liter of milk in type A or B sachet
  • 1 pot of natural yoghurt (200ml)
  • 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
  • 4 tablespoons of sugar

Method of preparation:

  1. Dissolve the powdered milk in a little milk and put it with the rest of the milk in a milk jug and bring to a low boil.
  2. As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let the milk cool.
  3. To check if the temperature is correct, put your finger in the milk and count to 10.
  4. The temperature should be comfortable.
  5. Gently mix the yogurt with a wooden spoon.
  6. Pour into a ceramic, plastic, glass or agate container and cover with cling film.
  7. Place in a Styrofoam or thermal bag and let sit for 8 hours or until firm.
  8. Beat the blender with the strawberry and sugar until they are homogenized.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving in a covered container.
