Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons of powdered milk
- 1 liter of milk in type A or B sachet
- 1 pot of natural yoghurt (200ml)
- 2 cups strawberries (chopped)
- 4 tablespoons of sugar
Method of preparation:
- Dissolve the powdered milk in a little milk and put it with the rest of the milk in a milk jug and bring to a low boil.
- As soon as it boils, turn off the heat and let the milk cool.
- To check if the temperature is correct, put your finger in the milk and count to 10.
- The temperature should be comfortable.
- Gently mix the yogurt with a wooden spoon.
- Pour into a ceramic, plastic, glass or agate container and cover with cling film.
- Place in a Styrofoam or thermal bag and let sit for 8 hours or until firm.
- Beat the blender with the strawberry and sugar until they are homogenized.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving in a covered container.
- Keeps in the fridge for up to 5 days.
- If desired, garnish glasses with fresh strawberries.

- 2L of lactose-free semi-skimmed milk
- 410 alreadyYogurt lactose-free skimmed
- 4 tablespoons of lactose-free powdered milk
Method of preparation:
- Put the milk in a saucepan and bring to a boil.
- After boiling, keep the milk aside and let it cool.
- Once the milk is lukewarm, add the lactose-free powdered milk and the Yogurt lactose-free skimmed milk and stir until completely dissolved.
- Distribute in covered glass jars.
- Leave to rest for about 13 hours in a closed place (eg: microwave off) at room temperature.
- After 13 hours, keep the iYogurt homemade lactose-free in the fridge.
- Finally, serve immediately and enjoy your meal.

- 1 cup of water (tea)
- 1 cup of yogurt (natural)
- 1 cup of oil (tea)
- salt to taste
- 4 cups sweet sprinkles (tea)
- 2 cups Parmesan (grated)
- 3 eggs
Method of preparation:
- In a pan, over medium heat, boil the water, yogurt, oil and salt.
- Place the sprinkle in a bowl and pour the mixture from the pan, stirring until a homogeneous mass is formed.
- Leave to cool, add the Parmesan cheese, the eggs and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- Form into balls of the desired size, place them in a large baking dish and place in a medium preheated oven for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and serve.

Ingredients:
- 1 pack of strawberry flavored gelatin powder
- 1 cup hot water (tea)
- 1 cup cold water (tea)
- 3 chopped bananas
- 3 chopped apples
- 1/2 chopped pineapple
- 1 chopped papaya
- 1 cup green seedless grapes (halved)
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) orange juice
Roof
- 3 cups plain yogurt (skimmed)
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of orange zest
Method of preparation:
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in the hot water, add the cold water and mix
- Place on a plate and refrigerate for 1 hour or until solid.
- Cut the jelly into cubes and store it in the refrigerator
- Meanwhile, mix all the fruits together and place them in the dessert bowls along with the jelly.
- Add the orange juice and then mix
- For the filling, mix all the ingredients with a spoon.
- Cover the fruit with the yogurt cream and serve immediately.

- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 1/2 cups (tea) sugar
- 4 drops of vanilla
- 1 cup wheat flour (tea)
- 1/2 tbsp(s) baking powder
Roof
- 1 box of cream
- 2 bars of dark chocolate
Method of preparation:
- Mix the flour, baking powder and set aside.
- Beat the rest of the ingredients in the blender.
- Pour in the flour and mix well.
- Pour the batter into a greased mould, place it in the heated Airfryer and set it for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
- For the glaze, chop the chocolate and mix it with the cream.
- Put in a water bath or in the microwave and mix well until smooth.

Ingredients:
- 3 jars of light cream cheese (450 g)
- 3 jars of natural yoghurt (510g)
- 1 small boiled and chopped beetroot
- salt to taste
- 1 cooked and chopped carrot
- 1 cup cooked spinach leaves
- 2 packs of crustless bread
- margarine for greasing
- 1 box of light cream (200g)
- 1 cup light mozzarella (grated)
Method of preparation:
- In the blender, on the pulsar button or in the processor, beat 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of yoghurt and the beets until they form a pate.
- Fix salt and reserve.
- Repeat the same process with the carrot and spinach.
- In a medium greased refractory, make a layer of bread, a layer of beetroot pate, another layer of bread, a layer of carrot pate, another layer of bread, a layer of spinach pate, and finish with the bread.
- Mix the cream with the mozzarella and spread it on the bread.
- Then take to a medium, preheated oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
