  • Butter for greasing
  • Grated Parmesan for dusting

Cream

  • 1 cup of cream cheese (200 g)
  • 2 cups of milk (tea)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups of grated mozzarella
  • 1 cup Parmesan (grated).
  • Salt and grated nutmeg to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, over medium heat, cook the potato slices in salted water until al dente.
  2. Run and book.

  • 170 g of cream cheese
  • 2 cubes of chicken broth
  • 400ml of water
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  • 700 g potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups of crumbled Salclic-type biscuits
  • 3 tablespoons of Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Oil for greasing

Method of preparation:

  1. In a pan, fry the onion in the oil until it softens.
  2. Add half of the cream cheese, chicken broth, water and mustard and mix well until chicken broth dissolves.

  4. Add a refractory with some oil.
