Corn juice-green
ingredients
- 5 ears of corn
- 1 teacup of sugar
- 6 teacups of milk
- 3 teacups of water
- 1/4 can of condensed milk
Method of preparation
Remove the corn kernels from the cobs with the help of a knife. Then put the green corn in the blender, add 3 cups of milk, 1 1/2 cups of water and sugar and beat for 5 minutes. Transfer the liquid to a saucepan and place over medium heat. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat, let it cool and blend with the rest of the milk and water. Add the condensed milk and beat some more. Transfer the mixture into a jar and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Serve immediately.
Non-alcoholic strawberry jam
ingredients
- 500ml of strawberry juice
- 500ml of water
- 30 g of grated ginger
- cinnamon stick 3 g
- 3 cloves
- 100 g of sugar
Method of preparation
In a pan, put the ginger, cloves, cinnamon and sugar. Place over medium heat and stir until sugar dissolves. Add the juice and water and boil for about 8 minutes. Serve it hot.
non-alcoholic mulled wine
ingredients
- 2 liters of grape juice
- 500 g of sugar
- 20 g of minced ginger
- 3 apples cut into cubes
- 200 g seedless grapes, halved
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 20 g of cloves
Method of preparation
Put the sugar in a pan and caramelize over low heat. Add the ginger, cloves and cinnamon, stirring constantly. Add the grape juice and bring to a boil. Add apples and grapes. When the fruits are soft, turn off the fire. Serve immediately.
